Using KK Bullion Website
You are welcome to view and download our website for personal use only. We remain the right to amend, suspend or discontinue the website, any parts or products of the website without warning.
To place orders and receive products from KK Bullion you must;
- Be of 18 years of age or over
- Provide a delivery address, and your telephone / email address. You have the option to create an account but may also complete an order as “a guest”. In order to process your order correctly contact details are necessary
- Provide photographic and proof of address identification for orders over £5,000 or once you have accumulated over £5,000 of bullion.
If your contact details change for any reason, please inform us so we can update our records accordingly.
Placing an Order with us
You may place an order by either;
- Selecting the product(s) you would like and following the simple process outlined.
- You do not need to create an account to order products from KK Bullion.
- Telephone, you may also place an order by calling our sales team on 01202 611061.
Due to the nature of the bullion market, prices may fluctuate frequently. Until funds are cleared your price for your order will not be fixed and maybe susceptible to change. When placing an order by debit or credit card your order is fixed upon the confirmation email you will receive with your order details on.
Delivery
KK Bullion offer a free next day delivery on all items purchased, 100% fully insured.
If your funds clear by 12pm orders will be dispatched the same day for next day delivery. All funds received after 12pm may still be able to be dispatched same day but if not the order will be dispatched the following day. All orders require you to sign on delivery and can only be delivered to your residential address specified on your account.
If you wish to have a different shipping address to your billing address, you must provide both photographic identification and proof of address. This could be a copy of your passport and a utility bill no more than three months old.
Returns / Refunds
Please note financial services and goods and services directly linked to a fluctuating price are exempt from the Distance Seller Act.
This entails The Consumer Protection Distant Seller Regulations Act 2000 which states that any business selling goods or services to consumers by mail order, Internet or telephone must provide the consumer with a minimum term in which to return the goods or service does not apply.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any point until your bullion has been despatched by calling customer services on 01202 611061 or email info@kkbullion.com.uk.
A cancellation fee of £30.00 and a fee based on any negative price movement may apply.
