Who can buy from KK Bullion?

We supply bullion bars and coins to all persons over the age of 18. If you wish to place a single order over £5,000 or if you place multiple orders which accrue over £5,000 in a year we require two forms of identification.

What forms of Identification do you require?

We require one form of photographic identification such as a passport or driving licence. We also require a document to prove your address such as a gas or electric bill.

Can I pay by Credit or Debit Card?

Yes, we accept credit and debit cards up to the value of £5,000. For using a debit card there is no charge for using a credit card there is a 2.5% surcharge.

How can I pay for my order?

The quickest way to pay for your order is via bank transfer. You may also pay via cheque, although this takes 7 working days to clear and within which time the price of your order is likely to change and therefore we will provide you with a refreshed quote once the cheque has cleared.FAQ's | KK Bullion

Can my order price be fixed?

Your order price is fixed as soon as your funds have cleared. You may fix your order price by paying for your order within 30 minutes of the order price being emailed to you.

Do you add a commission fee to your posted prices?

No, the prices you see are the prices you pay.  There are no additional costs to you, unless you wish to store your bullion in our secure facilities.  If you would like more information on storing your bullion with us please call 01202 611061.

What happens if I don’t send a cheque or follow up on my order after it has been confirmed?

Your order price validity period will end if we do not receive payment within 30 minutes. You can then refresh the quote and pay. Please call our friendly customer services team on 01202 611061 for more information.

Can I pay online with debit or credit card?

Yes! We now accept both debit and credit card payments.  There is no charge for a debit card.  There is a 2.5% surcharge for a credit card.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel your order up to the point of despatch. A cancellation fee of £30.00 will be chargeable and an additional fee may apply depending on the metal market price on cancellation to account to any price decline you may be charged the difference.

Do you provide tracking codes?

If you like we can provide you with a unique and confidential tracking code to track your order after despatch.

Can I pick-up my gold?

Yes. However, you must pre-arrange a time with us for collection, and we must have cleared your payment, before we will release your gold. When collecting your gold, you must bring acceptable photographic identification, such as a passport, or driving licence, as well as proof of address, such as a bank letter, utility bill or lease agreement. We may take copies of these. This is purely for security measures. Furthermore, we do not keep gold on the site of our main office, and so we insist on pre-arranged times of collection to ensure your gold is here for you.

How long will it take to get my package?

KK Bullion offers a free fast, insured next day delivery service once funds have cleared in the majority of orders.  If your order is placed after 12pm, delivery will be the day after, however we will endeavour to do our best to ensure you receive your gold as soon as possible.

Who is responsible if my order is lost or stolen while in transit?

KK Bullion fully insures all shipments and is responsible if anything should happen to your package whilst it is in transit to you. Please note we will not accept responsibility if you have instructed your delivery service to leave parcels for you without the need for a signature.  Please note that if you are not in and your order is shipped back to us, you will incur a postage charge of approximately £10.00.

Do you ship outside of the UK and overseas?

We currently only deliver to the United Kingdom.

Can I sell my bars and coins back to you?

Yes, we guarantee to re purchase bullion originally bought from us should you wish to sell. We offer a minimum 97% of the spot price. To sell to us simply call our customer service team on 01202 611061 for a price.  Post the bullion to us under fully insured delivery and once in reciept we will send you a bank transfer or a cheque for the price agreed.

Is there VAT on gold?

NO, gold is exempt from VAT. Silver Bullion, Platinum and Palladium products are subject to VAT at 20%.

Do your bars have a assay certificate?

All our gold bars are from Baird & Co refinery. Baird & Co are one of the world’s leading manufacturers of gold, silver and other precious metals. All our bars are 24 carat gold and 99.99% purity. All bars and coins come with a certificate of authentication and all larger bars come with an unique serial number. All our bars are “good delivery” bars approved by the London Bullion Market Association.

How would I check KK Bullion’s supplier and bank references?

Can KK Bullion hold and store my gold purchases?

Yes we offer safe and secure storage facilities for your bullion. The benefit of storing bullion in our secure facilities being if you wish to sell the bullion back to KK Bullion you will not be subject to any shipping costs.

Can I buy gold from you for my pension?

Yes, buying physical gold through your pension can mean up to 40% tax relief. We only provide good delivery investment grade bars which will be held within secure allocated accounts. Call our friendly customer services team on 01202 611061 if you would like more information on this.

Do you report my purchase of gold to HM Customs and Excise?

No, but KK Bullion is legally bound to keep customer records of transactions for 6 years. These are the regulatory requirements for all gold bullion dealers under UK money laundering regulations.
